Hello ColorOS SuperFans,

Hope you guys are fit and fine.

As you can see the title you would have come to know that, today's our talk is on our HEALTH.
"SMALL STEPS MAKE BIG CHANGES"


In this ever increasing mad rat race of winning and being at the number 1 position, people nowadays are at the worst position in terms of their health, be it their physical health or mental health, people are struggling their well being to touch the skies. They are ready to sacrifice each and everything for reaching that level and attain success of their life. Moreover, in this digital world and more technology prone world, they refuse to do any kind of workout or exercise and have become completely dependent on the virtual world and the technology.

    To overcome the stress, one can go for regular exercises, even if they are not possible the morning and evening walks would be a fab choice. It totally depends on your schedule which you give more preference to the morning walk or the evening one. If you are comfortable enough and you can have enough time gaps between your school/college and office and most importantly, if you are a morning person, morning walks can be the best choice for you. But if you can't afford to get late to your work place and wish to complete your entire daily tasks first, then, must go for an evening walk.

      Evening walks should be done after 1-1.5 hour of dinner, to avail all the literal benefits of the walk. It can help you increase your social circle as one finds many of like nature and same age group when goes for an evening walk. Besides that, you can also experience various benefits related to your health, like as, it can help you overcome your back pain and prevent you from cervical as well.

   The evening walks are as important as the breakfast. It helps improve digestion and help in sleeps as well. If you know someone, who is suffering from high blood pressure, insomnia and depression (we all know all three are directly/indirectly correlated to each other) suggest them to have a 20 min brisk evening walk, it would definitely help them feel better and all the relations that are struggling because of the temper and any of the other mental illness, can be improved and one can feel a good diversion from the regular stress.

The regular walks can make your night stress free which will eventually make your mornings beautiful and lively. As we all know, a lively morning results into a beautiful day. Moreover, you can score well, act apt and live a better life daily, than before. It will help you develop better relations of yours with others and most importantly, yourself.
