from log , seem is normal,
There is another information, please help confirm: Do you use mobile data  to watch videos or the like before 12 midnight?

Yes I use phone till 2am night and watch YouTube video, sorry I forgot preparing log previous night.In jio data renewal time is 1am night and in BSNL data renewal time is 12 am after 8 months i reacharged jio earlier i was using only BSNL sim and this error is occurring from that time.
If you found this as normal or you can't found how problem is occurring then you should provide a option for clearing data so that we can refresh it.

I watch YouTube videos from 10 pm to 1am averagely

i started my log at 11:59 pm but due to my mistake log started at 12:00 am however you can see that just at 12:00 am data counter is showing 143mb used today.so even if i download something from my BSNL sim at 12am then the highest speed that will go is 2mbps so it will use 120mb but its not true I have not used my data and clearly the error is today is 143mb.

this time  that data counter error is occurring only in BSNL SIM not in jio sim.after 12am data used today in bsnl sim shows 126mb used while in jio it shows 126kb used after 12am.

We analyse  nothing unormal

while you   use mobile data , you can  clear the background data before going to 12am  to see if the problem can be reproduced.
because you  had  the habit of watching YouTube or  videos before going to  before  12am
