[ColorOS Know How] What to do to keep your healthy phone habits?

Hey ColorOS Fans,

How are you all? I hope you and your family are staying safe and i wish you the best health as a user of ColorOS Community.

Tired of spending time on playing mobile games late night?
Do you know how much you use your smartphone?

In this post, I am sharing with you some tips which helps you to keep healthy phone habits.

A lot of time spent seems to have been spent on the phone to find out the latest news, talk with fyour friends, scrolling social media, watching videos or playing games. Now, you are wondering how long exactly a day spent on the phone? Hhow to control usage time?

Digital Balance will tell you all about these. Digital balance lets you decide how much screen time you have spent on your device and allows you to set your daily screen time limit, app limits and bed schedule.

First steps towards a healthy digital lifestyle, View your device screen time:
Want to know more about your phone usage? Digital balnace lets you learn how many different applications are used. The first steps towards a healthy digital lifestyle is knowing the digital habits more closely.
  • Go to Settings
  • Tap on Digital wellbeing & Parental control
  • View your screen time usage

Touch on Screen time, it shows you data of Today or last Seven days. Click on the day to know following information about your device:
  • Screen time usage

  • App Usage

Second step towards a healthy digital lifestyle, Set your screen time usage:
Try to monitotr your screen time before you get addicted to your phone? Fine-tune with your device usage patterns by managing your phone usage flexibly.

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap on Digital wellbeing & Parental control
  • Touch on Screen time and set your daily screen time limit for your device.

         4. Touch App limits, select an app for which you need to set a time limit.

Third step towards a healty digital lifestyle, Use of focus mode:
Tired of playing mobile games till late night? Schedule time away from your device to gray the screen and restricts app usage.
